The Tele-Partner Account Manager (T-PAM) role is responsible for managing a portfolio of partners over the phone. The Partner Account Manager will drive partner commitment to Microsoft, drive interest for and adoption of Microsoft Technology, reach revenue and pipeline targets as well as deliver a high level of partner satisfaction in a fast paced, highly accountable environment.
Core T- PAM accountabilities include: Partner business planning, Partner technology adoption, revenue target attainment, and partner relationship management. Key traits of a world class T-PAM include a deep working knowledge of the partner ecosystem and her/his portfolio; excellent, well managed relationships; a sense of urgency that every deal and partner counts; and proactive actions to exceed adoption of Microsoft Technology that can make the partner more successful.
