RDCF = Sushi; Microsoft is COOL again!!!

Today we’ve announced Microsoft Popfly, the first of a new generation of web tools that enables  users of all skill levels (so also you and me) to create or edit their own mash-ups for use within applications or to simply spice up their own web sites or blogs. Damn powerful and so simple non programmers can combine their own combinations and mash-ups of web applications. Truly a next web thing.
And of course all of it uses SilverLight and is therefore multi-browser & platform.
And again a product where the stopping power of the name matches the sexiness of the product. It looks like the cool names era is back. There’s a joke about Microsoft product naming that says that if MS would be in the catering business we would put “Raw Dead Cold Fish” on our menu instead of Sushi and that people would order it asking for RDCF. Luckily the dev tools team seems to escape from the branding police and picked Popfly above “"Microsoft Visual Mashup Creator Express”.
